Sign-In Begins at 10:45 AM

Please join us for the New Student Welcome session. This mandatory orientation will provide you with an introduction to the ECE Department Chair, program leadership, TSAN, as well as an overview of the program. The New Student Welcome will be followed by lunch in the Kim Rotunda. Bring your Student ID to sign-in.

Please arrive promptly! Program will begin at 11:00AM.

ENTS Lab Closure - Wednesday, April 29

The ENTS Lab will be closed Wednesday, April 29, 2015 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Please plan accordingly. During this time, students are not permitted to knock, enter, or print to the lab. Make sure to leave the lab promptly prior to the start of the course. The LOGIC printer is the ECE Student Mailroom (AVW 2462) is available for students to print to at all times. If you need help adding this printer, please stop by the ECE Help Desk (AVW 1449).

ECE Department Career Fair

The Electrical and Computer Engineering Department 's Career Fair will be held Monday, March 30, 2015 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Kim Engineering Building Rotunda. 

Students: Registration is required to participate in this event.

Make sure to bring several copies of your polished resume and dress professionally. Internship and full-time positions will be available.

Terrapin Cricket Club Advances to ACC National Tournament

The University of Maryland's Terrapin Cricket Club will compete in the American College Cricket National Tournament this coming March.  The team is comprised of 13 players and includes a number of ENTS students. The team's captain, Shivank Joshi, a second year ENTS student, is very excited for their chance to compete. He says, "We do this because we are passionate. We are ready to sweat it out just as much as any other collegiate sports team."
