ECE Department Career Fair

The Electrical and Computer Engineering Department 's Career Fair will be held Monday, March 30, 2015 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Kim Engineering Building Rotunda. 

Students: Registration is required to participate in this event.

Make sure to bring several copies of your polished resume and dress professionally. Internship and full-time positions will be available.

Terrapin Cricket Club Advances to ACC National Tournament

The University of Maryland's Terrapin Cricket Club will compete in the American College Cricket National Tournament this coming March.  The team is comprised of 13 players and includes a number of ENTS students. The team's captain, Shivank Joshi, a second year ENTS student, is very excited for their chance to compete. He says, "We do this because we are passionate. We are ready to sweat it out just as much as any other collegiate sports team."

This May, the individual college ceremony for the A. James Clark School of Engineering will take place on Thursday, May 19 at 6:30 PM in the Xfinity Center.

Telecommunica 2015

The ENTS Program Office is pleased to announce "Telecommunica 2015." This annual symposium provides students an opportunity to foster their connections and understanding of the telecommunications industry. This event will be held at the Riggs Alumni Center on Sunday, February 15, 2015. Event highlights include:

New Student Welcome

Newly admitted Spring students are invited to join us for the New Student Welcome Session. This mandatory orientation will provide you with an introduction to the department, program leadership, and the program. Individual advising sessions will be held as well. Lunch will be provided. 

We look forward to meeting you all! Please arrive promptly. The program will begin at 11:00 AM.
